Custom, Modular Electrical Component Testers

ISG offers custom electrical component testers for connectors and cable assemblies. Our testers feature custom, part specific tooling with integrated sensors to test for physical features as well as electrical integrity. Modular construction with tooling adapters allows for quick changeovers between product lines and within product families. This modular design employs a docking (work) station which supports any number of part specific test modules. Each test module can be equipped with tooling adapters to allow for testing of multiple part types within product families. The test modules can be designed to test connectors, cables, and terminal blocks with passive and active components.
